  • butter and 2 eggs 
  • you can also make me vegan!

Method:
1. Preheat your oven to 220c/425f or Gas 7
2. Empty your scone mix into a bowl, pro tip: keep a small  flour for the counter
3. add in 85g of (2tbs) of butter or margarine and rub into the flour shortly don't over mix  
4. pour in a little at a time( 175ml of milk 1cup) mix together until you get a soft dough pro tip save a little amount of milk to use to glaze top of the scone 
5. Place the dough on to a lightly floured countertop then roll or flatten out into a round shape  to a 1inch in thickness approx
6.then use a scone cutter or a glass rim to cut into shape.
7. Rub some butter into a baking tray then place your scones on the tray 
8. Glaze with milk on top of each scone
9.then bake for 10 minutes until they have risen and are golden brown. Then Enjoy !

how long do pre-ordered items take to be dispatched?

We work directly with suppliers in Ireland to get you the best rate in order too do this we bulk shipments together, pre ordered items can take 2-8 weeks depending on the item, (with the majority of dispatch been 2 weeks) if you need it sooner, please email us we can arrange over night delivery direct from ireland to your door any where in the world (delivery from €30)
