SALES REP 

 

Job Description

we are looking for a highly motivated sales-driven person to join our team and expand our wholesale accounts across Spain job description/ details:
-gaining new wholesale sale accounts
-Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales
-Recommending changes in products/services and company policy by evaluating results.
-Maintain records on customer sales. Deal with customer complaints by investigating issues and coming up with solutions.
- must be willing to travel across Spain - full knowledge English  is essential, and knowing Spanish is a bonus. 
-hit sales targets
-Prepare reports and make recommendations to management. Keep management informed by submitting activity and sales reports along with monthly and annual territory analyses.
-Attend educational workshops, establish professional and personal networks and read relevant industry publications in order to keep up to date. Identify new markets and opportunities.
-Delivering goods to clients / maintaining client relationships.

Requirements:

the ideal candidate must have..

Creative 1 day a week (Saturday job) 

       

    We are looking for a highly self- motivated, creative individual to join our team, this role is an ideal weekend job for any student. or anyone with a creative flair. 

    Creatives duties and responsibilities

    • Create / make hampers for our store.
    • Package and label our baking mixes. mixed crips boxes, breakfast packs and other products for our store
    • personalise gifts for online / store orders 
    • create / make christmas decorations / snow men soups + more.  
    • create tik- toks / social media video content (we dont need them to be posted / or a  social media management we just need bulk videos to assist our social media manager)

    Skills and Qualifications

    A successful Store creative candidate will have various prerequisite skills We dont require any qualifications for this role, full training will be giving all we ask for is the following. 

    • Organisational skills and attention to detail
    • creative flair 
    • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service
    • Previous retail experience or similar experience on the sales floor is  a plus
    • A 2.0/ digital approach all staff must know basic computer / digital skills. Social Media Skills. experience in tik-tok / videos for social media 

    (please note that our store is mainly an online store and our main focus is on online / wholesale sales)

    Sales Assistant Christmas Team Part Time. 

     primary duties include processing sales transactions, resolving customer issues and keeping the shop orderly. Packing/fulfilling online orders. Generating new leads for the company. 

    What does a Sales Assistant do?

    Sales Assistants help customers make purchases by demonstrating, describing and recommending products. They also use cash registers to record transactions, which may involve using credit card machines, calculators and barcode scanners. When they are not assisting customers, Sales Assistants may tidy the store, take product inventory, stock shelves and arrange product displays. Package orders. And cold call email / find new wholesale clients for the company. in a fast paste environment. 

     

    Sales Assistant skills and qualifications

    Store Assistant duties and responsibilities

    Store Assistants ensure that retail operations including online sale operations are carried out effectively and efficiently for maximum customer satisfaction. Their day-to-day duties include: (please note that our store is mainly an online store and our main focus is on online / wholesale sales) 

    • Keeping the store fully stocked 
    • Maintaining the highest level of visual merchandising and store conditions
    • Delivering exceptional sales services for improved customer satisfaction 
    • Interacting with customers and identifying their needs and preferences
    • Operating cash registers and point-of-sale machines 
    • Receiving and verifying the quality and quantity of new shipments/ preparing online orders
    • Proficient in verbal English and Spanish language; other languages is a plus
    • Available to work a variety of hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends,
    • Enforcing in-store security and health and safety procedures and regulations
    • hitting sale targets
    • growing our wholesale client list
    • answering emails, messages,  customer service.
    • Assisting our sales reps with there orders / promo material they may need.
    • Updating our social media accounts with daily stores and promo videos.
    • making sure all stock is priced displayed correctly, and online for sale.

    Delivery Driver (1 day a week) 

    We are looking for a delivery driver to join our team.This is a new service we are aiming to test out for local deliverys for our retial / wholesale clients. currently we are looking for this service to be conducted 1 day a week as it grows there will be more of an opportunity for you. 

    Duries And Responsibilites: 

    • Deliver goods to wholesale clients / retails orders within the 03189 area of spain. 

    Skills and Qualifications

    • full drivers license 
    • must have your own car/van.
