Method:
- Preheat the oven to 200c or Gas 4
- Empty your mix into a bowl, pro tip: keep a small amount of white flour for the counter
- Make a well in the center of the mixture
4.slowly add in 250ml of butter milk a little at a time until it forms a soft dough not too wet or sticky
- Turn onto a lighty flowers countertop and knead and form into a round shape
- Cut a cross in the centre of your bread
Glaze with butter milk
- Place your bread onto a flat tray
- Bake in your oven at 200-210c for 45-55 mins. Once a knife can come out clean your bread is ready to eat and enjoy!!
Pro tip:
Add a splash of apple cider vinegar or lemon juice to your milk (only use this tip to make your own buttermilk)

how long do pre-ordered items take to be dispatched?
We work directly with suppliers in Ireland to get you the best rate in order too do this we bulk shipments together, pre ordered items can take 2-8 weeks depending on the item, (with the majority of dispatch been 2 weeks) if you need it sooner, please email us we can arrange over night delivery direct from ireland to your door any where in the world (delivery from €30)
