We burn the outer shell of the oat to fuel the boiler which generates steam used in the cooking process of the oats. We also use water from the original millstream at the River Mahon to generate electricity to help power the mill.

how long do pre-ordered items take to be dispatched?
We work directly with suppliers in Ireland to get you the best rate in order too do this we bulk shipments together, pre ordered items can take 2-8 weeks depending on the item, (with the majority of dispatch been 2 weeks) if you need it sooner, please email us we can arrange over night delivery direct from ireland to your door any where in the world (delivery from €30)
