Refund Policy
All Food / personalised / custom orders / pre-ordered / gift card / phone credit/ sale items are non-refundable.
In the event that an item is damaged during the shipping process feel free to contact us at thehapennybridge@gmail.com and we will be happy to help you with any issues. Any damaged goods would need to be reported to us within 14 days of receipt of the package. we are not responsible for postage delays / items lost in the post.
Although we try to ensure all our prices displayed on our website are accurate, errors may sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered we will contact you as soon as possible. You will be able to reconfirm your order at the correct price or be given a full refund of the price you paid. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order in respect of the incorrectly priced item as cancelled.

all refund request forms are viewed within office / business training hours excl red days, bank holidays, and national holidays our office hrs are 10:00AM - 5:00PM (Madrid time zone) Monday - Friday and can take time to be reviewed, once reviewed a team member will inform you of the status of your refund including accepted / denied via email.

Evidence of any damaged item would need to be sent to The Hapenny Bridge via email or post in order for a full investigation to take place. All boxes are subject to changes without warning and in the event that an item is not available, a substitute of the same value will be incorporated into the box.

all items must be returned back to the happenny bridge, in the original packaging / in a resealable condition prior to posting your item back to us please notify us so we can keep an eye out for your parcel, please note The Hapenny Bridge is not responsible for order delays. and all postal fees including return postage fees are non-refundable.
